Ingredients (serves one)
- 50ml Clan Fraser Reserve
- Cubed ice
- Slice of fresh orange
- Soda Water
Method
Fill high ball glass with ice, pour over whisky, top up with sparkling water. Garnish with wedge of orange.
A dram of the Clan
Ingredients (serves two)
- 50ml Clan Fraser Reserve
- 3 – 5 drops of water
Method
Pour whisky in dram glass, swirl around glass to breath, add drops of water to open.
