- 30ml fresh hot espresso
- 30ml coffee liquor

Puffing Billy Steam Vodka is unfiltered malted barley vodka, named for the rare still which plays a key role in its production.
First we pot-distil spirit from locally-grown barley, then we re-distil it into vodka using Puffing Billy, our specially-commissioned Carterhead Still.
Never Filtered.
Regular filtration would strip away the delicious flavour and texture of our locally-grown barley, so instead the spirit is steamed through charcoal inside the still itself and never filtered as a liquid.
Puffing Billy is the only vodka in the world made this way, and the result is brimful of character with an incredible creamy mouthfeel.

- 25ml cloudy apple juice
- Juice of half a lime
- Ginger beer
Method
Pour vodka and apple juice into an ice-filled rocks glass. Top up with ginger beer, squeeze in lime juice. Garnish with a wedge of lime.THE BORDERS, BOTTLED.

WHAT IS PUFFING BILLY MADE FROM?
Puffing Billy is made using locally grown Scottish Borders barley from within 35 miles of our distillery. We distil it ourselves, right here in the Borders, to keep full control over flavour from start to finish.
what makes puffing billy different from other vodkas?
Most vodkas are heavily filtered to remove flavour. Puffing Billy is steam-smoothed through charcoal inside the still, rather than filtered as a liquid – keeping more texture, character and grain flavour.
is puffing billy vodka filtered?
No. Instead of traditional liquid filtration, Puffing Billy is steamed through charcoal during distillation in our Carterhead still. This keeps the spirit silky smooth while preserving flavour.
what does puffing billy taste like?
Expect tropical fruit and citrus on the nose, with foam banana and creamy sweetness on the palate, finishing soft and smooth.
