In 2019, we distilled a small batch of rye spirit and matured it in the same fresh-fill bourbon casks as the malt, to create this remarkable and aromatic whisky.

This is the first Blended Scotch Whisky to leave the Scottish Borders since 1837! Each Malt & Rye bottle is individually numbered, and only 5,988 will ever be released for sale in the UK. 63.8% Single Grain. 36.2% Single Malt.

50ml Borders Malt & Rye
Soda Water
3 dashes of Orange Bitters
Method
Fill tumbler with with cubed ice, pour in whisky. Drop in bitters and top up with soda water. Garnish with fresh orange zest.
Julep Dupe

50ml Borders Malt & Rye
1 part lemonade
1 part ginger beer
Method
Fill highball glass with shaved ice, pour in whisky. Top up half with lemonade, the other half with ginger beer. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
