Kerr’s is a Scottish Gin made with malted barley spirit in a Carterhead Still, and we believe you can taste the difference. Our Carterhead still gently steams our botanicals in the spirit vapours, rather than boiling them like most other gin stills, capturing more of the delicate flavours that make Kerr’s so delightfully distinctive.

50ml Kerr’s Borders Gin
FeverTree Mediterranean tonic
Cubed ice
Wedge of fresh orange
Method
Pour gin over lots of ice in a highball glass. Top up with tonic. Stir, then garnish with a slice of orange.
Kerr’s Negroni

25ml Kerr’s Borders Gin
25ml Campari
25ml Sweet Vermouth
Cubed ice
Orange peel
Method
Stir the ingredients together in an ice-filled tumbler until slightly diluted and very cold. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass, garnish with an orange twist.
