Whether its in a mule or on the rocks – the Puffing Billy Glass is the perfect vessel for serving up our Puffing Billy Steam Vodka.

Puffing Billy Steam Vodka is unfiltered malted barley vodka. Regular filtration would strip away the delicious flavour and texture of our locally-grown barley, so instead the spirit is steamed through charcoal inside the still itself and never filtered as a liquid. It is the only vodka in the world made this way, and the result is brim-full of character with an incredible creamy mouthfeel.

Billy Needs an Espresso

Recipe

  • 40ml Puffing Billy Steam Vodka
  • 30ml fresh hot espresso
  • 30ml coffee liquor

Method

Pour ingredients into an ice-filled shaker. Shake hard. Strain into a martini glass. Finish with a dusting of cocoa powder.

Recipe

  • 50ml Puffing Billy Steam Vodka
  • 25ml cloudy apple juice
  • Juice of half a lime
  • Ginger beer

Method

Pour vodka and apple juice into an ice-filled rocks glass. Top up with ginger beer, squeeze in lime juice. Garnish with a wedge of lime.
