FROM SEED TO SPIRIT
Our Borders Growers & Distillers programme puts our seed to spirit ethos at the heart of everything we do. Working exclusively with local farms, all within a 35 mile distance of the Distillery, we transform Borders Barley into Kerr’s Gin, Puffing Billy Vodka and Workshop Series Whisky Blends. Each of our Made in Hawick products are entirely distilled at The Borders Distillery, using malted barley that is entirely grown by Scottish Borders farmers.
