Lower East Side Whisky

MADE IN SCOTLAND

Meet Lower East Side: a smooth, easy-drinking Blended Malt Scotch Whisky of exceptional quality.

7 different single malt Scotch whiskies from across Scotland, brought together by the whisky-makers at The Borders Distillery.

Matured in American Oak casks, the whisky has vanilla, almond, and honey notes, with just a hint of smoke.

Lower East Side

AT HOME IN A MANHATTAN

Lower East Side mixes effortlessly wherever it finds itself.

A great Scotch Whisky for mixing – bold but balanced. Not so powerfully smoky it swamps the rest of the ingredients, nor so subtle that it disappears into whatever you’ve mixed it with.

the lower east side

There’s more than one Lower East Side in our story.

Ours begins in the Lower East Side of Scotland, the Scottish Borders – a place shaped by graft, character, and independence. But its spirit feels equally at home in the Lower East Side of Manhattan: a neighbourhood famous for its energy, creativity, and refusal to stand still.

Both places share the same pulse – vibrant, a little rebellious, and always evolving.

This is whisky without stiffness or ceremony, made to be enjoyed, shared, and discovered wherever good times gather.

Beautiful distillery. Had an excellent tour with a very passionate and enthusiastic distiller who was our tour guide. Super impressed with the efficiency and mindfulness with which the Whisky, Vodka and Gin are prepared, taking care to not waste but recycle. Thank you Cerys for an informative tour.
