Our beautifully restored building was once home to Hawick’s former Urban Electric Company, and has remained as a landmark within the town of Hawick for over a century. Winner of the 2018 Heritage Project of the Year at the AJ Architecture Awards, and 2019’s Scottish Design Awards winner of the Re-use of a Listed Building and RIAS HES Award Winner, Conservation & Climate Change, our home has transformed into a bustling space filled with energy and light.
